Aiming to provide convenience for your concrete supply, the Customer Service Centre is set up as Holcim’s single point-of-contact to place your order, check delivery status, and give us your feedback.
Recently we have successfully integrated our Telephony System, SAP, and GPS Vehicle Tracking System. This will allow you to access real-time information of your order and delivery status at a call away.
New hotline number to serve you better
With effect from 1 November 2012, the hotline number is streamlined to 6262 0888. Together with the system integration and single contact number, you can reach us easier and we can attend to your calls more effectively.
Phasing out of the existing hotline numbers
The existing hotline numbers (6578 6888 & 6660 4888) will continue its service for the next 14 days after implementation to smoothen the transition period. process. As such, please note that the 2 existing hotline numbers will be deactivated by 15 November 2012.
